Refunds for Breakages and Shipping Problems: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes result in breakages or shipping problems. In such cases, we offer a full refund or replacement for the damaged or defective product. Please notify us on the day of receiving your order, and provide clear photographic evidence of the damage or shipping issue.

Exclusions: Refunds/ exchanges will not be issued for change of mind or subjective dissatisfaction with the product. As our products come in a wide range of sizes and colour variations so unfortunately we are unable to accept returns due to personal preferences.

Process for Refunds: If you believe you are eligible for a refund due to breakages or shipping problems, please contact our customer service team at sales@candggroup.co.za. Our team will guide you through the process and assist you in resolving the issue promptly.

Conditions for Refunds: Refunds will only be issued upon confirmation of the breakage or shipping problem by our quality control team. The refund will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase.
